Mrs. Ferro serves as the Director of Primary & Elementary School, overseeing the academic and co-curricular programs for grades PK-5. She also teaches First Grade. Mrs. Ferro completed her undergraduate work at San Diego State University and completed her credential at Cal State University, Channel Islands. Mr. Floyd was named Head of School in April 2026 after serving as Interim Head of School for nine months. He previously served as the Head of Upper Campus, starting in June 2017, as well as the Assistant Head of School for Student Affairs, Director of Development, Director of Summer Programs, and Director of Athletics. Mrs. Floyd serves as the Director of Student Services and Curriculum at the Lower Campus. In this role, she oversees curriculum development for grades PK-8, coordinates teacher mentoring programs, assists with student assessments, liaises with different departments and manages disciplinary issues. Mr. Fulton was appointed Director of High School in 2026. He previously served as the Dean of Student Life and taught Biology and AP Environmental Science at the Upper Campus. Before joining the OVS faculty, Mr. Fulton taught Environmental Science, Biology, and Culinary Arts at a school in Oregon and developed curriculum emphasizing conservation, community engagement and ecological restoration.…
