Ojai Valley School offers a rigorous college preparatory curriculum including 26 Advanced Placement (AP) and Honors courses. The school year is divided into two semesters. Students work closely with Assistant Head of Campus Laurel Colborn on crafting individual class schedules that support their interests and advance their educational goals.
Minimum graduation requirements for college recommendation are 18 units which include: 4 English, 3 Social Science, 3 Foreign Language, 3 Math, 3 Laboratory Science, 1 Visual & Performing Arts, and 1 Land & Climate. Most students go beyond these requirements to take additional courses based on their interests and intended college majors.
