Mammoth Mountain Trip

Attention skiers and snowboarders! Each winter, OVS offers an extended weekend trip to Mammoth Mountain for middle school students in grades 6-8. Students enjoy deep snow, groomed runs and warm condos with their friends and are supervised by OVS teachers and staff members. The trip also includes lessons on geology, hydrology and history with a visit to the Manzanar Internment Camp near Lone Pine, CA. More details on the 2027 ski and snowboarding trip will be available in the fall. There is an additional cost for this trip, unlike other OVS Outdoor excursions.
