Biography
From a young age, Hadley English wanted to be a teacher. Spending time in her mother’s classroom as a child ignited her love for the profession; once she got to college, her time as a tennis instructor solidified her career path.
Hadley attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she played tennis and earned a Bachelor’s degree in English. She spent more than a decade teaching elementary school in the Ventura Unified School District, and this year, she’s teaching fourth grade at OVS.
She and husband Scott have twin daughters, Anna and Frances, a Black Lab (Miles), a cat (Penelope) and lots of chickens. She loves reading, swimming, camping, tennis and spending time outdoors with her family.
